1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the phspim online casino and sports betting platform (the "Platform"), including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered by phspim (the "Services"). This Agreement applies to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Platform, whether registered account holders or casual browsers.

By registering an account with phspim, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise engaging with our Platform, you expressly consent to be bound by this Agreement and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you are accessing or using the phspim Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, and your acceptance of this Agreement shall be deemed acceptance by that entity.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access, or use phspim Services. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in accordance with Philippine law and regulations. By registering an account with phspim, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Age Verification

phspim reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any point during account activity. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued identification cards, passports, driver's licenses, or other official documents bearing your photograph and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The phspim Platform is intended solely for users physically located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from using our Services. You represent and warrant that you are accessing phspim from a jurisdiction where such access is legal and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.4 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not prohibited from accessing online gambling services under any applicable law, and that you are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using phspim Services. You further warrant that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when using the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the phspim Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, email address, and physical address. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate, and you undertake to promptly update such information should it change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phspim. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of others, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phspim employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts associated with you, and any funds or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify phspim of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phspim shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.4 Account Verification

phspim reserves the right to verify your identity and the accuracy of information provided at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), proof of payment method ownership, or other documents as we deem necessary. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the inability to place bets, play games, or withdraw funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

4.4 Currency

All financial transactions on the phspim Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees will be borne by you.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that phspim determines is intended to exploit promotional offers. Discovery of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, closure of all associated accounts, and potential legal action.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the phspim Platform operates according to its specific rules, which are available within the game interface or in our help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed on our Platform and the rules maintained by the game provider, the game provider's rules shall prevail. phspim is not liable for errors in game rules or functionality that originate from third-party game providers.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

All games on phspim display their theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected return to players over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual playing session may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to normal variance and the random nature of gaming outcomes. 7.3 Maximum Payouts

phspim maintains maximum payout limits for various sports and bet types, which are published in our sports betting rules. In the event that a combination bet or parlay would result in a payout exceeding our published maximum, the excess amount will not be paid. You are responsible for reviewing maximum payout limits before placing bets.

8. Responsible Gaming

phspim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. We recognize that while most players enjoy online gaming as entertainment, a small percentage may experience problems with gambling. 8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion from the phspim Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. phspim will take reasonable measures to prevent you from opening new accounts during self-exclusion periods.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, you cannot deposit amounts exceeding the limit within the specified timeframe. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours to allow time for reconsideration. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phspim Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include any right to: modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or download any portion of the Platform except as expressly permitted.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your phspim account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your chosen withdrawal method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures and compliance with applicable terms.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by phspim

phspim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; suspected money laundering or other financial crimes; extended periods of account inactivity; or any activity that phspim determines, in its sole discretion, is detrimental to our operations or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. phspim reserves the right to retain any funds in suspended or terminated accounts pending investigation of potential terms violations, and to deduct any amounts owed to phspim from your account balance. If your account is terminated due to fraud or other serious violations, you forfeit any right to your account balance.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PHSPIM PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PHSPIM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHSPIM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF PHSPIM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PHSPIM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of phspim Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phspim retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to bonuses, promotions, or particular Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and phspim regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by phspim of any term or condition set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by phspim to assert a right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without phspim's prior written consent. phspim may assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder without your consent.
